If you tell us at checkout that you are based outside the UK, your payment is processed by Link, part of Stripe, which acts as the seller of record. Link may show the price in your currency and handle any local sales tax, and sends your receipt.

The Property Setup Toolkit for Xero: a PDF guide (the 6 Stage Guide) and a Chart of Accounts file (CSV) built from the answers you give in the Chart Builder, for one business. A chart for each additional business you own costs £5.

The toolkit costs £29, paid once. There is no subscription. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Both files are available on your download page as soon as payment is confirmed. Bookmark the page. If you lose the link, email info@accufy.uk from the address you paid with and we will send your files.

For 14 days after you buy, you can change your chart up to 3 times and download a fresh file at no extra charge. Changes are for correcting the chart for the business you bought it for, not for building a chart for a different business.

The guide and chart are digital content supplied straight after payment. If you buy as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days unless you agreed at checkout to receive the content straight away and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel once the download starts.

If a file is faulty or does not match its description, email info@accufy.uk and we will put it right. This does not affect your legal rights.

The guide and chart are for your own use, for the business you bought them for. Please do not share, copy or resell them.

The toolkit is general guidance on setting up Xero for a property business. It is not tax or accounting advice for your circumstances. Review your chart before importing it, and check with your accountant if you are unsure.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the toolkit.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
