In the Chart Builder: your business name, whether you own through a company or as a sole trader, the first line of each property address, whether each property has a mortgage, directors' names and any extra accounts you add. At checkout: your name and email address. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see them.

To build your chart, deliver your files, let you change your chart and help you if something goes wrong. This is needed to provide what you bought.

When you enter your email in the Chart Builder, we save it with your business type and number of properties, so we can help if you do not finish. We only send you marketing emails if you tick the box to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

Stripe (payments; for buyers outside the UK, Link, part of Stripe, is the seller of record), Netlify (website hosting and storage), Mailchimp (email) and Google Analytics (visit statistics). We do not sell your data.

Purchase records for six years, as our accounting records require. Your chart details for as long as you might need to download your files again. Marketing details until you unsubscribe.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing info@accufy.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the page people use. It sets cookies such as _ga. We do not use advertising cookies. You can turn analytics off for this browser here:
